I do not offer refunds on digital downloads, due to the nature of the item
Automatically Fulfilled Prints
Most prints, including metal, wood, and acrylic prints are fulfilled by WHCC, unless stated otherwise. I do not keep a stock of these products on hand, they are fulfilled and shipped by the lab.
If there is a problem with a print, I will do my best to facilitate your return with WHCC as I want you to be happy with your item. Please let me know of any issues within seven days of receiving your item.
Whether or not an item can be fully refunded depends on the case. I cannot do returns on personal portrait prints.
Manually Fulfilled Prints and Photo Products
Manually fulfilled prints or photo products may be either prints that I order via a different lab OR they may be items that I have created or printed that I am shipping myself.
For the former case, I treat these items much the same way I do with automatically fulfilled prints as they may be sent directly from the lab.
I will try to clarify when I the product is something I’ve created in my home studio. It may be photo earrings or magnets or prints that I’ve created in my home studio and framed myself. For these items, I accept returns within 28 days, but ask that you inform me within seven days of receiving the item of your intent to return it.
